Getting Started

How do I get started with GROWPAA?

Book a free 15-minute call at growpaa.com/book. We'll review your business and market, explain how the system works, and tell you honestly if we're a good fit. There's no commitment required for the call.

How long does it take to set everything up?

Most clients have campaigns live within 7 to 14 days of signing on. We start with a discovery session, then build your campaigns, landing pages, and automations in parallel to move quickly.

Do I need to rebuild my website?

No — our systems work alongside your existing website. We build separate landing pages for ads, but your main site stays exactly as it is.

Who controls the ad spend?

You do — always. You own the ad accounts and set the monthly budget. We manage the campaigns, but you have full visibility and control over how much is spent.

Which platforms do you run ads on?

Primarily Google Search, Google Local Services Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The right combination depends on your industry and market, which we determine during onboarding.

How do I know if the ads are working?

You get access to a live dashboard showing leads, cost per lead, jobs booked, and ad spend. We also send regular reports and your account manager checks in consistently.

What is A2P registration and do I need it?

A2P 10DLC is a US carrier registration required for all business text messaging. It prevents your messages from being flagged as spam. We handle the entire registration process for you — it usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Do my customers need to consent to receive texts?

Yes — TCPA compliance requires explicit consent for marketing texts. We build consent language into every lead form and landing page we create. Your system is compliant from day one.

How fast does the SMS follow-up system respond to new leads?

Within 60 seconds of a lead submitting their information. Speed to lead is one of the biggest factors in conversion — and our system handles it automatically, 24/7.

How does the review system work?

After a job is complete, our system automatically sends the customer a text and email asking for a Google review. The timing, message, and follow-up are all automated. Most clients see a significant increase in review volume within the first 60 days.

What is reputation protection?

Our system routes unhappy customers through a private feedback channel before they post publicly. This gives you a chance to resolve the issue directly. Most problems get handled privately before they ever become a negative online review.

Can you help remove fake or unfair reviews?

Billing & Contracts

How does billing work?

GROWPAA charges a monthly management fee for our services. Ad spend is paid separately, directly to Google or Meta by you. We never hold your ad budget — it goes directly to the platforms.

Is there a long-term contract?

Our standard agreements include a 7-day notice period for cancellation discussions. We believe in keeping clients through results, not contracts. That said, meaningful results do take time — typically 60 to 90 days for full optimization.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Reach out to hello@growpaa.com with a 7-day notice to initiate a cancellation discussion. We'll make sure everything is properly documented and all assets you own are transferred back to you cleanly.
